• check the Website Calendar, Instagram Page ,and on our Facebook Page, and select an activity you want to participate in. 
  
  
• if joining one of our activities for the first time, fill out our Liability Waiver and read our Cancellation and No-Show Policy
  
  
• send an email with your phone number, your residence, and the attached liability  waiver to activities@ghana-mountaineers.com
  
  
• we will respond with a detailed pickup time and location

If you live within our pickup zone, we pick you up at your residence, else you have to meet us at one of our meeting points in Accra.

In case of an existing medical pre-condition ( asthma, allergies, etc. ), you MUST bring your required medication and you have to inform the guide about where you carry the medication and how it is used.
